X2. There's been a diminishing respect lately for accountability. It seems in so many cases now, its all about "How can I spin this to deflect blame away from myself....especially if its to someone with deep (sueable) pockets." The more we legislate rules & regs to protect us from ourselves, the more we distance ourselves from responsibility....giving the D.A.G wonderful opportunity to flourish.
