Two of the long-time standbys were coordinated by Coco Strayer (Mid-Atlantic and south) and Adam McInnis (Mid-Atlantic and north). Both are informal volunteer efforts, and they relied on organizers sending schedule info to them that they could organize. Adam's is now set up so that organizers can post their events directly to the website.

From the appearance, I'd guess that Coco has had real life get in the way; here is her latest compilation: http://www.trackschedule.com/sched.html

Here is the link to Dale and Adam's schedule: http://thetrackschedule.com/

Using these plus the on-line registration providers provides fairly good coverage. When you want to visit a particilular track, try their website for their rental schedule; if not posted, contact the track rental coordinator and sweet talk them into sending a list of the clubs renting on the dates you're interested in.
