fine on the way home, no issues. and funny coincidence, i sent tom a lengthy email that included sort of the same thought: since it seems to happen only on the street but performs flawlessly on the track, it's as if the rough handling "cleans out the cobwebs" or something.
(btw, he fwded my email to mike and i am looking fwd to hearing back on their thoughts as to next steps.)
