Well, our car didn't fare much better than last year's Capitol Offense....we got in 48 laps instead of 47.
Engine lost compression in 3 out of 5 cylinders after about 3 hours... at least we didn't throw a rod this time.
There's something about the Shenandoah Circuit that doesn't agree with finely-aged FWD 5-cylinder engines.... oil supply issues, or something?
Last year's engine had over 200k on it, this year's only had 160k, but we ran it pretty hard for 24 hours in FL back in January.
