Rick definitely hit the nail on the head, the car will eventually need an engine rebuild sooner rather than later. I just happen to have a 3.0 engine core that I've been looking for an excuse to build a good 3.0 or 3.2 with....
Maybe he will take $4k for it? I would think he would be lucky to get $6k given it's sun baked interior, and no rebuild.
You could take some time to find an engine to transplant rather than a rebuild which would easily cost $5k just in parts and machine work.
