[TD in DC]

I have decided to avoid DC altogether by co-titling the car with my brother-in-law, who lives in VA.

RL, please PM me the inspector who you think will pass it no problem, or perhaps we could go there together once I am ready to get it inspected.

DC is too risky since you only have one inspection location. VA is better because I theoretically could keep trying different inspectors until I succeed. Too bad I don't qualify for antique tags yet ('84).
