Sorry for the long post...
So, after the second repair in a month, I got it back and the power mirrors didn't work. I removed the cover on the driver's door I saw that they used non Porsche plastic fasteners during the first repair, glued one of the mirror cover tabs and glued a door panel fastener with some super adhesive. When I tried to check the passenger side to see if they did the same thing while repairing it for the second time the door would lock but wouldn't unlock. I had a hyundai accent (now that's a change of pace) to drive for 4 days while they had it towed to a Porsche dealer 40 miles away who simply put it back together and found nothing wrong with the lock. When I finally got it back for the second time, and after complaining about not using the right plastic fasteners, I found at least 6 plastic 'christmas tree' push things- four on the cover over the front hood latch, one on the underside of the bumper cover and one holding the door panel. None of them were doing any 'fastening'. Also, the lip of the rubber ducts that funnel air to the radiators were not tucked away. I haven't jacked the front up to get a good look at what they used to fasten the lower part of the bumper cover with yet.
After finding the above, I took both door panels off today to see what lurked underneath. They cut the foam moisture barriers on both doors when they removed the door handles to paint and didn't even try to repair it (at least I taped a tear I made a few years ago), left a broken panel fastener in place and one was missing.
Am I wrong to expect the shop to use the proper parts even as small as these plastic pieces? Except for the moisture barriers, we're only talking about a few dollars and there was plenty of time to order parts. I'm even more annoyed that they didn't replace all the wrong pieces after I pointed them out.

ps: State-Farm repaired the tire damage to the tune of $1300. I added $525 to refinish the rest of the bumper cover and all the dings in the passenger side door.
