the more I think about it the more I like the idea of a sommelier...
many times, after the day is done I'd rather kick up my feet on someone else's tool box or tires and
have an ice cold sapphire/tonic instead of Bud Light which requires you to either pack really quickly
(not fun after a full day) or run straight to the other end of the pit just to qualify in time for one....
