Sanders 29mm hollow T-bars are they any good?

I have an opportunity to buy a set of 29mm Sanders hollow T-bars new and was wondering if they are any good?. I seem to remember Bruce Anderson's book mention that they are the best fit for 911 but I may have remembered incorrectly. Anyway, offered was $300 shipped to my address. Should I or shouldn't I?.
