I just got a Ford ESP plan caus I dont trust the 6.Blow. It says it covers "• Drive Axle Housing (And Front Axle Housing for 4x4) Including All Internal Parts"", does that mean the diff. is covered?

Regarding the plow, I have small "personal plow." See
http://www.snowbear.com/page/88inch_Personal_Snowplow I got it about 10 years ago for about $1,000 at an end of the season clearance. It is fine for driveways, gravel roads, etc. Better than the $3,500 they charge for a full size plow.
A regular plow will put a lot of weight on your front springs. The truck may or may not be rated for it, but I personally would not worry about overloading the front. You can probably get upgraded springs for the front if it's really an issue.
As to the extended warranty, you probably will get some use out of it. I'm not familiar with the warranty, but it appears that it does cover the front and rear diff, at least that's the way I read it.
