Digital camera's are a difficult thing to buy because there are so many different options you can get, it really comes down to preference. All of the pictures that I have posted (except for the Dyno Day pics) were taken with my Casio Exclim 2.0mp camera (
http://www.steves-digicams.com/2002_reviews/exs2.html). It is tiny (the size of a credit card, and about 1cm deep. It makes a really cool point and shoot camera.
After briefly looking at new 3.0mp cameras with a friend, it was a pretty tough call between the new 3.0mp Casio (
http://www.steves-digicams.com/2003_reviews/ex-z3.html) and the Pentax Optio (
http://www.steves-digicams.com/2003_reviews/optios.html).
In my opinion as far as 2.0mp camera's go, get the Casio Exclim, if you wanted something in the 3.0mp range the Pentax Optio would probably be my choice. In our area Ritz Camera has by far the best selection of quality digital camera's, and the site Steves Digicams (
http://www.steves-digicams.com/) has great reviews, they should give you a beter idea of what is out there.
