Thanks guys! Obviouslly Im a bit enamored w/ the color too.

Agreed, looks like arena red in the pic but its def more burgundy in real life. Looks very much like a cabernet - almost a little purple. It MIGHT be carmona red that was avail on the '03 cayenne but I'd have to park it next to one to really know. The CoA and option sticker both show L999 paint code (paint to metallic sample).

Some neat trivia about the car is that it was orig sold by Brumos and came w/ the invite paper for the orig owner to go to a free trackday. There is a "driven and approved by hurley haywood" sticker on the windshield. So its definitely been driven on track at least once
