Been looking for 6+mo. $45-47k buys a ~30kmi 996tt w/ few options. A clean GT2 is still a $70k+ car. Mid-50s buys a 996tt w/ X50 & PCCBs. (which is basically a GT2 w/o the seats, all important badge, LSD, F bumper, R wing, and no sunroof delete - I HATE sunroofs)

And its not that I really care for the PCCBs themselves. Store the ceramic rotors safely and install iron ones. Its the bigger calipers that are usefull for track days.

Already looked. An aftermarket bumper is $1200+. Couple hundred for paint. $400 for a radiator from pelican (same as a turbo). Most of the hoses can be faked if too pricey. The brackets/etc I would just bend back/weld/fab. Again, all hope of it being a concourse/garage queen are gone w/ the existing title+accident damage report. It just needs to run and the bumper cover hides a multitude of repair sins So ~$2k for what I can see. The real Q is what else is there.
