With so many really well proven pads out there, don't know if it is worth experimenting with unknowns. Every so often a new pad will get a burst of maketing support and turn out to be a dud. EBC pads are a case in point - there are pics posted of these pads literally melting in DE applications.

Pete Tremper's Kool Karbon pads are superb [der six - ads in Pano]. PF97s have a strong following. Both are relatively low dust and noise.

Pure race pads like Hawk Blue, Pagid Orange have far higher torque and temp figures, but that comes with some downdide. They need to be hot to work effectively, and will be both dusty and noisy. Its a tradeoff.
