I just came into a 1969 911T Targa. It's in great shape with 42k original miles. The reason for the low miles is because its been sitting in my brother in law's garage for the last 20 years. Because of the long inactive state, the carbs are leaking and out of sync. Is rebuilding and tuning a job a novice could handle or should I use my wife's shoe money and give it to a pro? Next door neighbor Dave O'Bryan ('76 911) suggested this site, and after reveiwing some of your postings looks like you guys really know your stuff.
