You'll be meeting up with the Dorki Goys. By that, I mean Gentiles. 10/9 is Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish year. The synagogue I attend is just about a mile from the Rio, so feel free to join us (we fast for 24 hours, and the more observant people don't even brush their teeth, so it might not be the best introduction to Judiasm...).
