Note in the pic how the tongue jack has poked a hole in the asphalt. There should be a flat plate or wheel that slides onto the bottom of the post, and held in place with a removable pin. Of course a block of wood can work too; that's the Dorki way.....

A trailer store (like C&C Industries in Gaithersburg MD) will have the parts.
