speaking of which, last night I found some old video of my first time at Summit Point, which was my second DE ever. It is hilarious on so many different levels. First, there is some great video of the ghetto, including Bruce (mackliet) and Pari talking about economics or some such nonesense while Dave (Black Talon) films with commentary. Pari has a camo driving suit, and he looks like he means business.
I cannot believe my driving. I REALLY sucked. It is hilarious. I can't even describe how many things I was doing wrong, and I was slow as molasses (for driving a 996) to boot. Dennis Howard, my instructor, was very kind and patient. I am surprised he didn't tell me that I was an OSB candidate. the worst past is that I didn't even notice any of it when I watched the video after the weekend. Now I just cringe. Too funny. If I weren't so embarrassed, I would post it . . .
