FYI: When things were slow I was getting successful and quick ping replys from the ISP. Traceroutes showed direct routing, no loops or latency. In times of slowness,
www.dorkiphus.com was slow as well, not just this board. It very well could be (have been) an issue from their internet facing router/firewall inward to the hosting server. It may have been the fix, or the bug in ISP's ear. What ever it was, looks good now.
