I know there's some how to info on how to on the 911 Tech BBS site. I looked into it considering adding some spacers to the rear wheels (requires longer studs).

From what I recall, you remove the spreader on the parking brake. This gives you a gap to pound the old stud out through.

For installing the new one you insert the new stud in the hole, add a bunch of washers and tighten the lug down to pull the stud into place.
