Did it have a Carrera tail? There is someone who lives in Germantown and has a black SC targa with a Carrera tail that I see all the time near Great Seneca and Wisteria Dr.
Chris, if you really want to see a hidden gem in your neck of the woods, stop by the Exxon on the corner of route 27 and 355 across the street from the Pep boys/Home Depot shopping center in Germantown. There is a clean 356 coupe( almost concours quality) sitting in the parking lot. It knocked me off my feet when I saw it, you might like the color Jazz
