did you deversify or only split your Ass-sets? 
it looks like real homes, that is homes that are just big enough to hold about one family are still going up in value per FFC. The apartment buildings with one front door and address now selling as SFH are not for now. some brackets look like they are going to take a beating in the short term. If the market goes down for a while and there is enough panic or hardship selling I just might be buying. Anyone what a 2000sf house inside the beltway with a shop and lift out back?
