AppBiz. They sell through Pelican, but the cheapest way I've found to get a kit is through eBay. I paid $269 for the kit listed in the link above at $319. Seems pretty good quality, and I got it in a week (shipping from CA). Come by and check it out if you want - won't go in until next week sometime.
