981S brakes

Sorry I didn't see this till now. I ran stock rotors the first season with my 981S with Pagid Yellows and the stopping power was fine. I did upgrade to Girodiscs and see the main benefit as longer...

718 Boxster

I ran my ol' 2005 Boxster at VIR with the Grey-Kraus extender, but no one from the track ever gave it a second glance. The new 718's roll hoops are higher. Pretty sure we cleared at least one thru...

Not yet...

I know where there is a very well cared for white 981S with everything you are looking for, but the owner isn't ready to give it up ;-). Keep hoping he wins the annual club lottery.

Good luck...

Coolant vacuum tool

Planning on installing a third (center) radiator on my 981 CS this winter. Any chance someone has a vacuum coolant filler tool I could borrow? Something like this Airlift 550000, which I've seen...

Recommended Porsche dealers?

Anyone have a favorite Porsche dealer for maintenance - Tysons is closest, Silver Spring, Annapolis? My 2014 Cayman S has developed a fairly serious oil leak somewhere forward of the oil pan. It's...

Ok - this is more fun than I expected!

Seems like there might be a "lite" option to sling together Mosport and Mt Tremblant around WG next year. That should kill a set of tires and brakes, but...

passing at Pittrace

Thanks Jim!

So I think that's front straight, 2 to 3, 4 to 5, 6 to 7, 14 to 15, and 15 to 16.

And for the record, I'm not worried about where I'll get a pass, I'm worried about checking my...

Great to see everyone at SP this weekend - feel much better having knocked rust off my driving and gotten a little speed going. Almost thawed out, too.

Looking forward to my first visit to Pitt...

iCarSoft worked on airbag warning light

For the record, a friendly neighborhood Dorki offered to try to kill the airbag light with his iCarSoft and it worked great.

Mark,
Thanks much, but it looks like a Dorki from the neighborhood can help. I'll give you a shout if it doesn't pan out.

Much appreciated

Gents,
Thought a reset was probably easy - thanks for the info. I don't have a PC laptop except for work, and they won't let us install anything on it, so I haven't splurged on the Durimetric yet....
