be sure to soak it with ATF and acetone 50/50 lots and lots of times. Take plenty of time. When I was trying to disconnect the main line to the engine. It helped BIG TIME.. plus the heat cycles

When I rebuilt my engine. I used a power washer and eco friendly cleaner from the local FLAPS to clean my transmission. Sucker removed the grime.
