I had an early '06/E90 (built summer of '05) 330i. Had about 60k when I bought it.
Most unreliable car I've ever owned. Sold it after 2 years due to all the maintenance headaches.

I just got back from running an errand ~2:00 today in Rockville and was going to gas up the truck (on 1/4 tank) and get a few gallons in a can for the track car.

I've jacked the front end of my car numerous times on the red donut without issue, but always support (for doing work underneath) w/ a jack stand under the frame rail (2x4 between the stand and rail).
