I should have dropped my engine.

In retrospect, dropping my engine would have been easier and faster than messing with the fuel injection connections.

To make matters was the oily gunk just waiting to fall into my crankcase...

Well I took off the lower valve cover and no loose studs feel out. I tapped the headstuds with a screw driver and tehy didn't budge. Further inspection shows the oil cooler may be the culprit.

I didn't notice it until I had poured in the oil, so I now have to throw away brand new oil in the crankcase.

I had Boxster wheels with spacers on my car when I purchased it. When I removed the spacers when installing my Fuchs, I couldn't believe the weight I was shedding (and we're talking aluminum spacers).
