They know BMW's and the lead tech has a E36. Try them, I received a good 4 wheel alignment with checks for a year for free.

E36, windows humming when you touch the button. IF you can hear or detect movement the problem sounds like a mechanical failure and not electrical. You will have to put eyes on the mechanism.
