This may be over the deep end in the wrong direction

When this car was first built he kicked my a$$ in almost every race, thought it would be fun to buy it, wife rolled her eyes and said she didnt care. Only problem is that it would take away my p-car money and time.

At least the wife didnt threaten to leave, getting closer to the track bit by bit 8)

Run away! Nothing more consuming of money (and time) than getting an old race car back up to snuff.

Strange beast. Doesn't look factory. Especially when I remember what the other early 80s Nissans looked like (and back then they were still Datsun). Oh well. If its real, its cheap!!

The sad part is that I still have boxes of spares that would fit. This weekend I was cleaning out boxes and found some stuff for Ralt RT-1's and gears, ring & pinions, motor parts for Datsun/Nissans from the 70&80's. Might be time to replenish my p-car pot by selling stuff on Ebay

The car is a real one, Devendorf & Electromotive were the factory builder for a while. They built a few from "white bodies" which Datsun was pretty free about handing out until the mid-80"s
