Did everyone forget about the Concours this weekend?
 

I haven't seen anything posted about it, other than a friend reminding me via e-mail.

Anyone else planning on going to check it out...looks to be better weather Sunday and there were some cool cars last time I went.

I don't think everyone forgot about it. You'll notice that most members are at MO driving instructing in the DE.

Besides, who wants to go and get their annual blinding from the 911 known as "yellow fever" :shock: :wink: :lol:

If the weather is nice and IF, and IF and IF ... I plan to take a ride over there now that I got the new-to-me alternator back in my '76.

I don't know if it ever wins ... certainly is hard to miss. :lol:

I am curious to see if any more BMW 2002s show up with BMW E30 S14 [1st M3 engine] motors in them. THAT would be a lot of fun [190hp stock - capable of 250+] akin to an '65 -73 LH lightweight with a hot 2.0L 8)

I was planning on stopping by for a few. Its only 6 miles from me and less than 2 from my parents house, so why not.

After having gone the past couple of years it seems to be the same cars over and over again IMO.

Don't think I'll be making it this year.

I just dropped by Nottaway Park. The people there said the Concours has been cancelled (per Fairfax County Parks) due to poor field conditions. The various car clubs will go to the calendars to reschedule - likely in June or July.
