The cars they use for this are almost all stolen. Look at how many Toyota Camery's they use. A buddy who goes "over there" quite a bit says this is toally normal and the local police do nothing about it.

Ted, why should they worry about the stolen cars when they are using them in such a safe manner? :lol:
