"Take to the Track" list?

Where is that list of stuff to take to the track? I can't find it...

You know, like oil, torque wrenches, water (for me not the car), etc.

And your car.

Speaking of which - is there a caravan planned for Saturday morning?

As Greg said, there are usually enough tools around to part your car out in its basic components, and maybe put it back together if you ask nicely. Look to your personal comfort. Bring adequate hanging out clothing for allsorts of weather, water as you said, maybe a couple of snacks, contributions to whatever hospitality fund. Couple quarts of your favourite oil, some brake fluid won't hurt. As you build time and see what breaks on your own or similar, you will make your own list of essentials. To start with everyone in the paddock will be only to happy to help out, so don't sweat it.

Good question. We PRMD guys go a different way, so we'll have to get at least two going.

Who's up for caravaning from the east side of the river?

Where do dorkis usually pit? (I'm very familiar with Summit.)

Last time I caravaned out there we met on the side of the Greenway just past the toll booths. Then the State Police ran us off. "Every last one of you!" Felt like high school or something.

Wait for it…. just a little while now…. he’ll see the cop reference… he’s probably just at lunch… soon, I can feel it…

A good place to rendevous is the Starbucks on Business Route 7 in Leesburg, just west of 7's intersection with Bypass 15 (or is it 17?). On the southside of Business 7 just across from Shoney's and K-mart. There's a Dunkin Donuts there also. Easy access to Route 7 toward Winchester.

Is that where we met for the garage tour?
