Please vote for the family dogs!

My aunt and uncle have their dogs, Abbey and Chloe in a "beauty" contest... currently they are running in second place... we would love to see them win and that's why I'm soliciting help from fellow Pelican members.

Uncle Jim is a fellow gearhead and raced Triumphs, motorcycles, etc.. in the UK back in the day. The dogs are their "fur kids" and mean the world to them. This would mean a lot to them and too us.

Click on "Vote on this month's photos" and please vote for Abbey and Chloe. Thanks in advance!!!

<sigh> Okay, let me ask the questions everyone else is thinking about, but is to chicken to ask:

1. How you are supposed to eat that thing? Is it like a roast pig, where you 'pull' off the meat, put it on a bun and squirt some BBQ sauce on it, or do you carve it like a turkey?

2. Is it mostly dark meat -- like a duck -- or mainly white meat?

3. Do you have to tuck the tail up under the stomach to prevent it from drying out too much during roasting?

4. Are you supposed to eat dog biscuits for dessert?

I get the feeling Rick is a cat person. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I think RL is getting worried, fur balls must be catching up in popularity with gently roasted Chow dog.Can be served over dog biscuits with a liver gravy, personally prefer over rice after it has been deboned. and a nice hot Szechuan sauce

Yeah, I'm a cat person - my Boa loves it when I bring a stray cat home for him to hug.

Not sure how they eat their dogs there, but there's a saying in China that they'll eat anything with four legs except furniture and I found it to be very true. That dog is one of the less gruesome photos I took at a farmers market.

I cant explain exactly why, but I am LMAO.
