Bushing Distribute and Install Day - Sunday 12/19
Kurt was kind enough to open is shop on Sun 12/19 to distribute the Dorki bushing orders and to help folks install them.
I'll have the bushings there for pickup and some extras if you didn't get a chance to pre-order. I'll probably do a demo install in the morning so you can get a good idea of the procedure, then let you guys have at it. I'll stick around for any bushing install help and setting up of the coupler (gasp). A sharpie, phillips screwdriver, 2-13mm wrenches and a 4mm allen needed. A 13mm ratcheting wrench is a BIG timesaver getting the coupler set up. Bring them if you have them. See you then. Folks who don't show up, I'll mail them out the following week. If you know you wont come, PM me and I'll get them out to you this week. |
All of the above tools will be availble. Shop is open from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. or so.
There might be some lift time open as well. Vu, did you want to do the oil return tube? Anyone have some good race related DVDs? We need some new video for the shop 60". RR2 is cool but getting old  Thanks to Eli I might have a nice chunk of P car project to poke at too. :D |

Will "Days of Thunder" or that new Dale Earnhardt #3 movie be ok?

I’ll bring my oooold 356 Promo show. The forerunner of the “Excellence by Design” series I think. We put it on DVD.
Also have the full 356 engine assembly tapes from the Mestro. Very informative, poor quality taping, no real plot. I’m asking for those to be converted to DVD for my birthday. |

I too would gladly pitch in to pay the freight for a set of his tapes or DVDs. Pellow was a nut of a guy but he was a (the) true master with 356 and 912 motors.
Or in Meistro speak "YES I would GLADLY PAY whatever is REQUIRED of me to obtain the BEST most complete INFORMATION from the TRUE MASTER of 356 and 912 motors in ADDITION to MANY other Things of a related NATURE! |
I too would help pitch in for a copy of this information. I have a friend here in town that is getting ready to tear into a 912 motor for his 356B. the more information the better.
