Anyone running NASA at SP?

My brother will be there doing DE (two weeks from now). He drives a Miata (won't admit that he really wants a 911). It'd be good for him to get some exposure to the group so that he'll sell off his tic-tac and get something that's a challenge. Who should I have him look for?

I'm seriously considering this event. Me and the Beast.

The humble Miata [AKA Wreck Me Otter] has one of the most hotly contested and panel-thumping good race series around. A great way for many less fortunate people to start racing. Us Porsche guys are spoiled

I'll also be there - second last race weekend of the series. I have a student in HPDE2, but I'm sure I could arrange to take your brother for a ride in HPDE3 or 4 if he is interested? Tell him to look for #11 in the 944Cup paddock - opposite the tech shed. We'll probably be congregating around the 944Cup nerve center, AKA The Luuve Shack, which is the only two car enclosed trailer with PORSCHE down the side.

I think I'm going to sign up if the Shenandoah event falls through... I joined NASA last week, just in case!

I will be there, black RSA, #242. I have a buddy also coming up in a 993C4S, it will be his first DE.

I saw there will be a Yugo in the instructor group, looking forward to seeing that. There will be no lifting in the Yugo!

That's too cool! No brake, just slow down with understeer. 8)

I stole that line from Mr. Khaos.

Now that Shenandoah is a no-go, I'm going to register for this event.
