de colores(not that i spake french)

i think va-steve's complaint is: how can the color of the photo be so OFFFFFFFF.
well, w/o any trees, sky, or recognizable colors for the camera to pickup, (um, like this car not originating in this color? just kidding!), the color balance just isnt correct. It's just like when you used to get your pictures back, and all the colors were slightly off, because when they balanced the machine for your "roll of film", they didnt take into consideration no one ever takes a whole roll of film, under just one lighting condition.
SO, this picture just needs to be color corrected.

yes?

Wouldn't that hose up the colors of everything else in the photo? Like the tailights, hoses and whatnot? The blue still looks blue. Was there an a "twin" in orange I didn't see?

little b 06-28-2004 03:32 PM

WE ALL like twin cars! hmm...

If we were to assume the cars WERE different, then we'd have to look at
what WOULD be the same in the pictures....well, there's only thing to compare -the asphalt:
note in Pari's photo (our fulltime professional dorki photographer)how
grey it is. But in the closeup photo, the asphalt looks like it has lots of Magenta
colored flecks throughout. The man's shirt almost looks to have Magenta
cast also. Unfortunately, we can't compare his to the lady's shirt (i don't know her name
but know she was also at Intersport earlier?), because she is in shadow, and not in direct sunlight.
Skinny hairy man legs don't count, since we don't know their nationality (could be from Magentaville, Va)
The best comparison, wouldve been reps, in Dorki tshirts, so that we could compare the colors!
But alas, i ALSO did not ware my shirt to Intersport, because i was afraid of smudging it. But it has passed thru the dryer,
and next time i wont be so guarded, and show of dorki pride.

Well...it does look like that guy is wearing RED(?) shoes!!

vove 06-29-2004 10:45 AM

little b 06-29-2004 12:39 PM

 OH YEAH. that is a beautiful car!
heh heh heh.
