Idea for Deutsche Marque
 

Jon, I spoke with the owner of www.xtreme-racing.com, the guy that does the micro race cars like they had in Purcellville last year at the car show in Aug. I think it would be cool to have him at the Deutsche Marque and was curious as to how he could get in touch with the right person to discuss the possibilities.

Is this the same operation that was at the DC Motor Show in January? If so, my 15YO son & his buddy thought it was fantastic!

yep. Have him bring his track and tent for anyone to race. He does all sorts of events and car shows. Usually charges $3 for 10 laps or so. Not sure if he was at the DC motor show.

No, I know they won't allow that. It took me two months of convincing that this would be strictly concours with no revving of engines. This event is also based on the feedback of paying Avenel members if we can secure this location from this year forward.

However, I would be interested on this for the PCA picnic in June.

Yeah sounds like not the time to test them out. I'll let him know the dates for the picnic. Should he talk with you to explain his program?
