Special wrench needed
 

Anyone have a flat wrench of 24mm/36mm to adjust the essentric bolt on a spring plate? If not, Ill just use my fingers. :D

Any bicycle shop should have these flat spanners cheap.

Charlie is right - less than $10 at any decent bike shop.
