Ooops, I bought a tail
 

You ever get tired of looking for certain parts for the price you want to pay and just say: "screw it, I'm gettin' it".

Happened to me tonight. I've been looking for an early Carrera tail since I bought my '83 SC and finally caved tonight to the evil of E-Bay:

Hopefully it's as nice as it looks/sounds.

What's a best guess on price for getting painted to match my car. I'm not looking for a high quality job, at least not until I'm ready to get the rest of my car painted.

My disclaimer follows:
-I haven't had much time to work on my car this winter. I'm working on a masters, had a new home built and moved in (lots of work...)
-I'm offsetting my lack of time spent working on my car by buying parts (also finally bought heater backdate componets).

Or at least this is how I will justify the purchase to my wife...

Wish me luck (both with the quality of the tail and reaction from my financial manager) :P
