I will be there Gridding (flat out). Not driving.

Annabelle, Mia and I are also busting our asses to make sure this is a Pfest to remember! If you are not driving I strongly encourage you to come out for at least Saturday night. We have Stafford Junction happening. Drive and Dine happening. (both on Saturday) and Autocross on Sunday Sunday Sunday! Its like Christmas in August.

Excited for John to drive our home track. Since it is the Blechster's last drive are we going to find a cliff at the end of the day? She deserves a softer resting place.

How about Virginia doing Autocross on Sunday? Maybe?

Cindy and I are in for P-Fest! Cindy will be trying out her new-to-her ride. ;) And some of the guys and I will be doing test & tune of our RX7, in preparation for the upcoming AER race.

DE'ers: don't forget to register for the Autocross on Sunday! Here is the link: msreg.com/PFestAutoCross17

At registration on Friday (or come find me/Jim, if you arrive on Saturday), you choose morning or afternoon to do your runs, and there will be a DE-only line to get you through as quickly as possible.

Don't be intimidated if you aren't a regular autocrosser ;) There will be plenty of navigators to tell you where to go, ala:

In! :D

Will is in, too! His first DE. Mom is seriously stressing out about it. Although, not sure if that's because it's his first DE or that he's doing it in the Saturn (the Blechster's spiritual predecessor).

Ben's first DE was at Watkins Glen (I think - it might have been his second DE with Shenandoah the first). His mom came to the event, and he was out on the track while we were in the giant garage. When we heard tires squeal out on track, my wife got [i]very[/y] panicky and said "is that BEN?" First of all, there was no clunk of car hitting wall, and second of all, there were NINETEEN other drivers out there it could have been...

Peter

Well, it was Ben but he thankfully didn't hit anything back when the straight between turns 10-11 was a lot more dangerous.

PS for you old-timers. That was in the gold Targa...

In. I think I've even talked Susan into hauling the AX trailer to town on Saturday.
