Porsche Supercup re-cap on Speed
Right now!!!
9-9:30 p.m. on Speed. Fantastic speed shots!!! Jase |
Jason - it's actually on until midnight. All 12 rounds from this year :D
|
Must be all those fumes from the bad gas in that 2.7 I dragged back from CT
Thanks for the re-direct. JASE |
AARRRGGGHHH!
Please tell me someone taped or Tivo'ed this! Please? |
Sorry
I just drank until I saw many more 996s hitting each other than were supposed to be there... Happy 2004! Jase |
TK you are in luck ... I'll gladly exchange the tape for some instruction time this DE year
Since I'm guessing there might be others out there who also want a looksee I'll make a dupe of the tape and then it can just be passed around amongst us P-car fanatics. Happy New Year to all! |
What were you guys doing at home, on the computer, last night?
|
i had to turn it off. couldn't stand seeing all those beautiful cars hitting each other and the armco
|
It was both disappointing and amazing. They showed very little of each race. You'd think with all the advertising money Porsche spends Speed TV could find 1 hour each F1 weekend to show the Supercup races.
The driving was amazing. Talk about aggressive! |
Doug,
You are a champ - let me know when I can borrow the tape!! Instruction? I'll ride with you any time! Greg reminded me of watching Bob Miller in the first [and only] ALMS race in DC. He started fifth, was punted into the wall, finally got going again in 15th place, worked his way up to 5th place [again] only to get a solid shunt into the wall and back to 15th place again. Looking at the car after the race, there was a lot of heavy contact damage around the rear quarters. Aggressive? Definitely! |
