That's an interesting placement of the sub strap - is there a factory opening between the front and rear seat padding for a sub strap to pass through? If not, is the sub strap location PCA-legal for track use?

Yes, there is a bone fide seathole between the legs. No need to employ a Seatholer. That strap placement is when you are using the three point while driving on the street so you don't have Latch Crotch. The last cushion comes off separately.
