I'm in the Columbia/Ellicott city Md area and in desperate need of alternator shims for my belt replacement. It is friday the 24th and I'm hoping someone nearby has some. If so, shoot me a line. Thanks

I'm hardly nearby but have some. BTW how many total do you have? Periodically a bad batch of belts get through that can make it seem like you need more shims, Also, they aren't that hard to make in a pinch. Only spacers so don't need to be exact.

not exactly nearby but I do have a few extra. BTW how many total do you have? Every once in a while a batch of bad belts slips through that make it seem like you need more. Also, since just spacers they really aren't that hard to make in a pinch.

I have 4, but they look to be very old. If you're around tomorrow, I'd love to swing by and grab those from you if you don't mind.

did you try contacting TPC or AtSpeed, or any of the other shops that work on Porshes in your area? And how about one of the Porsche dealerships?

Yes all of those. They're either closed or racing this weekend
