Durametric Pro in Richmond?

Anybody near Richmond that would be willing to loan me their Durametric Pro cable to work on my 964? I ordered one, but it won't be here until late next week and I'd like to do some diagnostic work before then.

Of course, I would "compensate" you with some of your favorite adult beverage or other appropriate incentive!

Thanks,
Rick

Rick,

Not to be too picky but Running on Empty by Jackson Browne was releases 12.6.1977. The only reason that I picked this up was that I AM that old and remember it.

I don't have a Durametric, but I do have a Launch Creader. I've not tried it on any Porsches so I don't know who accurately it will read a 964, but IIRC it does state that it reads Porsches. I'll double check tomorrow

Thanks, Steve. Not sure if the date was just a brain fart (at our age you can never tell) or if it was just a typo! I've updated my signature line (I think).

Scotty, I'd appreciate any help you can give. Please let me know. I have been meaning for quite some time to stop by your shop, but . . .

Rick,

I don't have a Durametric either but I'd love to borrow yours (or stop by to simply read codes) at some point in the future.

Also - do you happen to have any spare 17" x 9" et 55 wheels sitting around? I'm looking for one to borrow for a day to do a test fitment on a project I'm working on.

Of course, I would "compensate" you with some of your favorite adult beverage or other appropriate incentive!

:)

I responded to your post on the wheel. I have one with a track tire mounted. Let me know if you still need it.

Rick,

I think I'm all set. If something falls through with Engelbert (unlikely) I'll let you know. Thanks for the offer!
