My mechanic's machine shop he used is no more so can anyone recommended a Va shop that can do a fly cut and valve job including valve guides for air cooled heads?

Performance Auto At Summit Point

These guys are relatively local (nice fall drive & save's shipping $$$...).

They refreshed my 3.2L heads: fly cut, new valve guides, 5 angle valve seats & valves cut, checked my springs & valves and removed a couple of stubborn exhaust studs & rethreaded with time-serts.

Price was ~ $800 with about a 2 week turn around (I wasn't pressed for time).

They do quite a bit of Porsche work and were very knowledgable.

This is good to know :)

I sent my 3.6 heads to Ollie's Engineering. The heads came back like new.

Thanks Guys

I think they are going to Anchor but Performance and Ollies look like good options.

BTW Engelbert, good seeing you at Verona AX, like the new wheels on your T.
