Need a tech inspection - Woodbridge, Lakeridge area
 

I've registered my 928 DE car for this Saturday's SCCA TT PDX at Summit Point. I need a tech inspection prior to Sat.
I've gotten the names of a few shops who do free tech inspections, but the closest is 45 minutes from where my car is in Woodbridge/Dale City area.

Does anyone know of a shop closer to Woodbridge/Dale City/Lakeridge, etc. who does free tech inspections for PCA members?

RPM is in Newington, but I don't know if they do free inspections.

Not many shops do free tech inspections unless you are one of their customers. if they do it for free, it is because they hope to earn your future business.

Just spoke to Kevin at RPM. Nice guy who really wanted to accommodate, however they're booked & can't fit me in.
I'll definitely keep them in mind.
$55 for a tech inspection, BTW.

I figured as much. Offering free tech for return customers probably outnumbers offering free tech in hopes to get new customers.

Taylor's shop in Sterling might do it, I think the did the last PCA chapter pre-DE techs....which allow 'walk on' free inspections, from what I understand (though only at the time of the event, and following the PCA members' cars.)
