Hi all,
I'm on the search for 3 used parts after I smacked the wall at t10, SP. Driver's side of my '77 911 is a little bent out of shape.

I'm looking for used:
1. Left side accordion-pleat rubber shock absorber piece...i don't know its specific name but you may be able to recall from the photos i included
2. Left side view mirror of whatever color
3. Left 69-89 Porsche Tail Light Lens Euro in Amber

I can head to the store or find these parts for dirt cheap at a junk yard but I thought I'd give the world wide Porsche web a try for ideas..

I've got a mirror and it's even a red one.

I don't remember if it's the left or right side though. I'll check...

who needs mirrors when you've got a 3.6 anyway... sounds like the car survived, that's good news

You're really going to charge $5? Seriously? Five dollars. You can't even buy a sandwich for five dollars.

Sly -- many of the local indy repair shops have parts piles. You may want to check with the usual suspects (ASG, Intersport, RPM, AutoTherapy, etc.).

I have a mirror off a '79 if Lupin falls through. Likely have everything else from the parts car as well, but can't verify the quality of the lens.

Pelican Parts revealed to me is a left rear bumper bellows hahahhh, like I woulda ever guessed
Charlie @ Intersport is giving the car a 2% chance of being done by VIR, but picking it up tomorrow from Ben for at least $5 would be great! I'll PM him asap.

Fritz, if you can check out the lens or have a pic of it, that would rock. Its just like the one below.

As noted above, FREE. Just hope Ben can find it - he might bring a couple and you can pick the correct one (or borrow them all and return the ones that weren't the correct one). Peter
