Wanted-Left Car Door of 1977 911

Hello, I'm in need of a used driver's side car door for a Porsche 911, year is 1977. Color isn't important. Anyone have one that they need to get off their hands?

I have both doors off of a 75. They arent in the best of condition and you would want to clean them up and might do a little rust removal/bondo etc before painting (or reskin them. You are welcome to them. My only requirement is if you take one, you get the other also, even if you just go toss it out...Have a good gas tank out of the same car for 150 bucks if you need one one of those...tito

I'm probably going to run into problems with there being some rust on them. I'd do much better with some that are in better shape than mine are at the moment, but thank you for the offer nonetheless! :)

Don't even... cut big squares out of the skins and keep for spare sheet metal, welding practice and the like. I put parts of an old LH hood in 3 or 4 or our cars. Nice having correct gauge steel around.

I have door skins left and right $150 each, or a left side door in good condition with hinges $200. The only issue is that I'm in Powhatan, VA and I'm not sure if it make sense to drive all the way to pick it up, since shipping get's expensive.

SOMEBODY will be driving up from Richmond, or driving down through Richmond...

Interested! Photos?

What exactly do you mean by "door skins"? I'd love to see some photos if possible!
If they are what I'm looking for I wouldn't mind the drive down at all.

If you think that works, you may just order these. The price is pretty good, and they ship for free !

Thanks for the input guys!

Rothaus, Your actual left side door with hinges would be what I'll want,
I just want to screw in the hinges in without the need to get the skins ready, insert glass, any metal and crank for the window.
I just need the basics, no need for an inside panel...

Do you have a photo of the door? What year car was it for?
