H&R sport springs IPD plenum

I'm not looking to track my 996. Just want to lose a little of the fender gap over the tires. I know a lot of people put M030 RoW on the 996, but apparently the H&R springs will lower the 996 30mm. Would that be all I would need to do? Install the springs and the car is lowered? Anyone on this board used the H&R springs on their 996? Also, I'm seeing a lot of hype about getting 17 to 25 hp out of the RSS IPD Intake Plenum? Anyone on here have one installed? Verdict?

thanks...
