any intel on an 84 Carrera for sale in Herndon

Hey guys, I was planning to look at a car for sale for a guy on Rennlist in Herndon this upcoming weekend. Any of you guys know this car?

Dave's a good guy and long time PCA DE/racer. Don't know the car but he's a straight shooter. PPIs are cheap insurance. Wheels are a nice option as is the tail.
